No Later Than November. 15 The Evaluator shall perform the first formal observation of the probationary/temporary unit member, which shall be scheduled at least five (5) instructional days in advance. The probationary/temporary unit member will provide the Evaluator with a written lesson plan at least two (2) school days in advance of the formal observation. The observation will focus on the classroom environment and on classroom management. Within eight (8) instructional days following the formal observation, the Evaluator shall hold a post-conference with the probationary/temporary unit member. The Evaluator will provide a written narrative assessment of the observation to the probationary/temporary unit member at least one instructional day prior to the post-conference.

  • Agreement Date This Agreement is valid and binding upon the date set forth in the initial paragraph of this Agreement.

  • By November 1st of each year, the University will provide the Association with a list of all members eligible for retirement without penalty under the faculty pension plan.
