No Job Action Clause Samples

The No Job Action clause prohibits employees from engaging in strikes, work stoppages, slowdowns, or other forms of collective action that disrupt normal business operations. In practice, this means that employees must continue to perform their duties as usual, even if there are disputes or grievances, and are not permitted to organize or participate in coordinated actions that would interfere with the employer’s activities. The core function of this clause is to ensure business continuity and minimize operational disruptions by preventing labor actions that could halt or impede work.
