No Individual Liability. The Collateral Agent shall not have any individual liability in respect of all or any part of the Secured Obligations, and all shall look, subject to the lien and priorities of payment provided herein and in the Loan Documents, only to the property of the Grantors (to the extent provided in the Loan Documents) for payment or satisfaction of the Secured Obligations pursuant to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
