No Inconsistent Obligation. It is not under any obligation, contractual or otherwise, to any Person that conflicts with or is inconsistent in any respect with the terms of this Agreement or that would impede the diligent and complete fulfillment of its obligations hereunder.
No Inconsistent Obligation. In order to induce the LIN Companies to enter into this Agreement, Executive represents and warrants to each of the LIN Companies that neither the execution nor the performance of this Agreement by Executive will violate or conflict in any way with any other agreement to which Executive may be bound, or with any other duties imposed upon Executive by corporate or other statutory or common law.
No Inconsistent Obligation. It is not under any obligation to any person, or entity, contractual or otherwise, that is conflicting or inconsistent in any respect with the terms of this Agreement or that would impede the diligent and complete fulfillment of its obligations hereunder and that it has all power and authority under all instruments or agreements to which it is a Party to enter into this Agreement and to perform its obligations hereunder.
No Inconsistent Obligation. It is not under, and will not become subject to, any obligation, contractual or otherwise, to any Person that conflicts with or is inconsistent in any respect with the terms of this Agreement or that would impede the diligent and complete fulfillment of its obligations hereunder.
No Inconsistent Obligation. Employee represents and warrants that he has not previously assumed any obligations inconsistent with those of this Agreement.

Except as provided in Section 2.3, it is not under any obligation to any person, or entity, contractual or otherwise, that is conflicting or inconsistent in any respect with the terms of this Agreement or that would impede the diligent and complete fulfillment of its obligations.

No Inconsistent Obligation. Gamma is not under any obligation, contractual or otherwise, to any Person that conflicts with or is inconsistent in any material respect with the terms of this Agreement, or that would impede the diligent and complete fulfillment of its obligations hereunder.
No Inconsistent Obligation. Denali is not under any obligation, contractual or otherwise, to any Person that conflicts with or is inconsistent in any material respect with the terms of this Agreement, or that would impede the diligent and complete fulfillment of its obligations hereunder.
No Inconsistent Obligation. Licensor is not under any obligation, contractual or otherwise, to any Person that conflicts with or is inconsistent in any material respect with the terms of this Agreement, or that would impede the diligent and complete fulfillment of its obligations hereunder.
