No Implied Transfer. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed, explicitly or implicitly, as transferring or conveying to AMCI ownership or any other interest in any technology, including but not limited to, GlobalWave(tm) Technology, or other Intellectual Property owned by VDI and/or it licensors.
