No portion of any Property has been or will be purchased with proceeds of any illegal activity and to the best of Borrowers’ knowledge, there are no illegal commercial activities or commercial activities relating to controlled substances at such Property (including, without limitation, any growing, distributing and/or dispensing of marijuana for commercial purposes, medical or otherwise, for so long as the foregoing is a violation of a Legal Requirement of any applicable Governmental Authority).
