No Holding Out. (a) The Licensee must not in connection with the Premises or otherwise directly or indirectly hold out or not permit to be held out to any member of the public any statement, act, deed, matter or thing indicating that the Premises or the business conducted or operated thereon or any parts or parts thereof are or is being carried on or managed or supervised by the Licensor.
No Holding Out. No Party may, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement, directly or indirectly use or permit the use of the name of any other Party for any purpose related to the Property or this Agreement.
No Holding Out. The Lessee will not in connection with the Premises or otherwise directly or indirectly hold out or not permit to be held out to any member of the public any statement, act, deed, matter or thing indicating that the Premises or the business conducted or operated thereon or any parts or parts thereof are or is being carried on or managed or supervised by the Lessor nor shall the Lessee act as or represent itself to be the servant or agent of the Lessor.
No Holding Out. The Borrower has not held itself out and the Borrower shall not hold itself out as having agreed to pay indebtedness incurred by any Affiliate of the Borrower. The Borrower has not guaranteed and the Borrower will not guarantee or become obligated for the debts of any other Person. The Borrower has not held and the Borrower will not hold itself out as being responsible for the debts or obligations of any other Person.
No Holding Out. No Shareholder will, except as permitted by this Agreement, directly or indirectly use or permit the use of the name of any other Shareholder or the Company for any purpose related to the Operations, the Property, the Project or this Agreement.
No Holding Out. Neither RAS nor the Licensee will directly or indirectly act as or represent itself to be the representative, contractor or agent of the other, unless RAS and the Licensee specifically agree in writing. Any contractor, subcontractor, agent or other third party engaged by the Licensee will be the total and absolute responsibility of the Licensee.
No Holding Out. Neither the Contributor nor any person acting on behalf of the Contributor may hold itself out as being entitled to contract or accept payment in the name of or on account of the Publisher.
No Holding Out. (a) Neither Participant will, except as permitted by this Agreement or with the prior written consent of the other Participant, directly or indirectly use or permit the use of the name or logos of the other Participant for any purpose related to the Property or this Agreement.
No Holding Out. Neither the Exporter nor any person acting on behalf of the Exporter may hold itself out as being entitled to contract or accept payment in the name of or on account of MLA.
No Holding Out. This Agreement shall not constitute a partnership between the parties. Neither party will hold itself out as an agent or partner of the other.
