NO FUTURE CLAIMS. Up to the nominal expiry date of this Agreement, no extra claims relating to wages or conditions of employment will be pursued which would otherwise be the subject of protected industrial action under the Workplace Relations Xxx 0000, as amended.
NO FUTURE CLAIMS. To the full extent permitted by law, you promise and covenant that you will not initiate, prosecute, or maintain any legal claim, or proceeding of any kind or nature whatsoever against the Company related in any way to your employment. However, this covenant shall not prevent either party from seeking to enforce this Release or to challenge the enforceability of this Release under the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act.
NO FUTURE CLAIMS. Up to the nominal expiry date of this Agreement, this Agreement covers all matters or claims which could otherwise be the subject of protected industrial action under the Workplace Relations Act 1996 ____
NO FUTURE CLAIMS. It is agreed by the parties that up to the nominal expiry date of this agreement: • the employer, employees or union or unions will not pursue any extra wages claims, whether Award or over Award; • the employer, employees or union or unions will not seek any changes to conditions of employment;

Up to the nominal expiry date of this Agreement, no extra claims relating to wages or conditions of employment will be pursued which would otherwise be the subject of protected industrial action under the Fair Work Act EXCEPTION: THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THIS IS IF AWARDS CHANGE OR AT THE ANNUAL REVIEW THE EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYEE AGREE TO AN INCREASE OR DECREASE IN THE WAGE RATE DEPENDENT ON THE WORK AND OUTPUT BEING UNDERTAKEN. IF THIS OCCURS, IT MUST BE DONE IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY BOTH PARTIES AND THE PARTIES WILL UNDERTAKE TO VARY THE AGREEMENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Up to the nominal expiry date of this Agreement, the Parties will not pursue any extra claims relating to wages or changes to conditions of employment or any other matters related to the employment of the employees, whether dealt with in this Agreement or not. The Agreement covers all matters or claims, which would otherwise be the subject of protected industrial action under the: NSW Industrial Relations Act, 1996.
NO FUTURE CLAIMS. During the life of This Agreement and completion of the Project, the Parties will not pursue any extra claims relating to wages or changes to conditions of employment or any other matters related to the employment of the employees, whether dealt with in This Agreement or not.
NO FUTURE CLAIMS. This Agreement covers all matters or claims regarding the employment of the employees, which could otherwise be the subject of protected action.
NO FUTURE CLAIMS. The terms of settlement of this Agreement are that there will be no extra claims sought, for the life of this Agreement.
NO FUTURE CLAIMS. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Executive promises never to file any claims, demands, charges, complaints, or lawsuits asserting any claims that are released in this Agreement.
