No Further Options to Extend. Except as set forth in this Paragraph, there shall be no further options to extend the Term. Upon the valid exercise of the Renewal Option, the term “Expiration Date” shall be deemed to be amended to mean the expiration date of the Lease as extended pursuant to this Paragraph 14, provided that nothing contained in this Paragraph 14 or any other provision of this Lease shall be deemed to extend the period for repayment on default of Abated Rent A or Abated Rent B as provided in Paragraphs 3 and 4 of this Amendment.
