No Further Loans. Administrative Agent and the Lenders may refuse and shall not be obligated, to continue any Loans or to make any additional Loans, the LC Issuing Banks shall not be obligated to issue, extend or increase the Stated Amount of any Letter of Credit and the Commitments may be terminated; provided that in the event of an Event of Default occurring under Section 6.1.3 with respect to Borrower, the foregoing shall take effect immediately and without further act of Administrative Agent or the Lenders.

Declare all Loan Commitments cancelled, and Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall not be obligated to continue any Loans, make any additional Loans, or make any payments, or permit the making of payments, from any Account or any Insurance Proceeds or Eminent Domain Proceeds or other funds held by the Depository, Administrative Agent or Collateral Agent or any Lender under the Credit Documents or on behalf of Borrower; provided, that in the case of an Event of Default occurring under Section 8.1.2 with respect to Borrower, all such Loan Commitments shall be cancelled and terminated without further act of any Secured Party.
No Further Loans. Refuse, and Lender shall not be obligated, to make any additional Construction Loans or make any payments from any Account or any Proceeds or other funds held or controlled by Lender under the Credit Documents or on behalf of Borrower.
