No Fraud. Each Loan was originated without any fraud or material misrepresentation by the Originator or, to the best of the Borrower’s knowledge, on the part of the Obligor.
No Fraud. No error, omission, misrepresentation, negligence, fraud or similar occurrence with respect to a Mortgage Loan has taken place on the part of the Company, or the Mortgagor, or to the best of the Company's knowledge, any appraiser, any builder, or any developer, or any other party involved in the origination of the Mortgage Loan or in the application of any insurance in relation to such Mortgage Loan;
No Fraud. No fraud with respect to a Mortgage Loan has taken place on the part of the Seller or any affiliated originator in connection with the origination of any Mortgage Loan.

All the documents executed in connection with the Mortgage Loan including, but not limited to, the Mortgage Note and the Mortgage are free of fraud and any misrepresentation, are signed by the persons they purport to be signed by, and witnessed or, as appropriate, notarized by the persons whose signatures appear as witnesses or notaries, and each such document constitutes the valid and binding legal obligation of the signatories and is enforceable in accordance with its terms;
No Fraud. Each Loan originated by an unaffiliated third party was, to the best of the Collateral Manager’s knowledge, originated without any fraud or material misrepresentation.
No Fraud. No error or omission, misrepresentation, negligence or fraud in respect of such Mortgage Loan has taken place on the part of any Person in connection with the origination and servicing of such Mortgage Loan.
No Fraud. No error, omission, misrepresentation, negligence, fraud or similar occurrence with respect to a Mortgage Loan has taken place on the part of the Seller, or the Mortgagor (except with respect to the accuracy of Unverified Information), or to the best of the Seller’s knowledge, any appraiser, any builder, or any developer, or any other party involved in the origination of the Mortgage Loan or in the application of any insurance in relation to such Mortgage Loan;
No Fraud. Each Loan Asset was originated or acquired without any fraud or misrepresentation by the Seller or, to the best of the Borrower’s knowledge, on the part of the Obligor.
No Fraud. Neither the Seller, the originator, nor any employee or agent of the Seller or the originator has participated in any fraud or intentional material misrepresentation with respect to the Mortgagor, the Mortgaged Property or any guarantor. To Seller's actual knowledge, no Mortgagor or guarantor is guilty of defrauding or making an intentional material misrepresentation to the Seller with respect to the origination of the Mortgage Loan, the Mortgagor or the Mortgaged Property.
No Fraud. Each Asset was originated without any fraud or material misrepresentation by the Originator or, to the best of the Seller’s knowledge, on the part of the Obligor.
