Common use of No Finders Clause in Contracts

No Finders. Each party represents and warrants to the others and agrees that it has not employed or engaged, and will not employ or engage, any person as a finder or broker in connection with the transactions contemplated herein, and that no person is entitled to compensation as a finder or broker. Each party hereby indemnifies the other parties and holds the other parties harmless from and against any claims of any third persons claiming to have acted as a finder or broker in connection with the transactions herein contemplated, and such indemnity shall include all expenses, costs and damages arising from or related to such claims, including reasonable attorneys fees.
