No Fees. Except as disclosed to the Representative in writing, the Company has not made any direct or indirect payments (in cash, securities or otherwise) to (i) any person, as a finder’s fee, investing fee or otherwise, in consideration of such person raising capital for the Company or introducing to the Company persons who provided capital to the Company, (ii) any FINRA member, or (iii) any person or entity that has any direct or indirect affiliation or association with any FINRA member within the 12-month period prior to the date on which the Registration Statement was filed with the Commission (“Filing Date”) or thereafter.
No Fees. No broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other Person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, financial advisor’s or other similar fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of such Stockholder.
No Fees. No broker, finder or investment banker is entitled to any brokerage, finder’s or other similar fee or commission in connection with this Agreement or the Merger based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of Shareholder.
No Fees. It has not, nor has any Subsidiary or Affiliate of it, directly or indirectly, paid or caused to be paid any consideration or remuneration, whether by way of supplemental or additional interest, fee or otherwise, to any creditor of the Obligors or any Subsidiary Guarantor as consideration for or as an inducement to the entering into by any such creditor of any amendment or other modification to any credit facility, the effect of which amendment or other modification is to amend or modify any provisions thereof similar to the modifications reflected in this Amendment.
No Fees. Stockholder has not employed any investment banker, broker, financial advisor, finder or other intermediary in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement which would be entitled to any investment banking, brokerage, finder’s, financial advisory or similar fee or commission from Stockholder in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
No Fees. The rights of the Trust, on behalf of the Funds, to use the Indexes and the Index Trademarks are provided by O'Shares at no cost to the Trust or the Funds.
No Fees. None of the Credit Parties nor any of their Subsidiaries is under any obligation to pay any broker's fees, finder's fee, commission, transaction fee or expenses in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the other Loan Documents.
No Fees. The members of PILA may not charge fees for Cross-Linking. Subject to the foregoing sentence, each member of PILA shall control access to its systems and shall have discretion to establish pricing and other terms of access to its Original Work (and other content) beyond the Response Page.

Shareholder has not retained or authorized to act any investment banker, broker, finder, financial advisor or other intermediary or advisor who might be entitled to any investment banker’s, broker’s, finder’s, financial advisor’s, success, opinion or other similar fee or commission from Shareholder, any of Shareholder’s Affiliates, the Company or any of its Affiliates in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the Purchase Agreement, or the Transactions.
