No Estate. This Lease shall create the relationship of landlord and tenant only between Landlord and Tenant and no estate shall pass out of Landlord. Tenant shall have only an usufruct, not subject to levy and sale and not assignable in whole or in part by Tenant except as herein provided.
No Estate. 37. This contract shall create the relationship of Landlord and Tenant, and no estate shall pass out of Landlord. Tenant has only a usufruct, not subject to levy and sale and not assignable by Tenant, except as provided for herein and in compliance herewith.
