The Bank shall not be under any duty or obligation to ascertain whether any Securities at any time delivered to or held by it for the Fund and specifically allocated to a Series are such as may properly be held by the Series and specifically allocated to such Series under the provisions of the Declaration of Trust and the Series' Prospectus.
