No Duplication. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, to the extent that any compensation or benefits are paid to or received by the Executive from the Company, Bank or any other subsidiary of Company or the Bank, such compensation or benefits shall be deemed to satisfy the obligations of the Company, Bank and all subsidiaries, such that Executive shall not be entitled to receive any compensation or benefits which are duplicative of such amounts previously paid to or received by Executive.
