No Duplicates. You will not: (i) create duplicate Images of the Checks, (ii) transmit a duplicate Image or File to us, or (iii) deposit or otherwise negotiate the original of any Check of which an Image was created. You further warrant that no subsequent transferee, including but not limited to First State Bank, a collecting or returning financial institution, drawer, drawee, payee or endorser, will be asked to pay the original Item from which the Image(s) was created or a duplication (whether paper or electronic, including ACH entries) of the Item(s);

Customer will not: (i) create duplicate Images of the Checks, (ii) transmit a duplicate Image or File to Bank, or (iii) deposit or otherwise negotiate the original of any Check of which an Image was created. Customer further warrants that no subsequent transferee, including but not limited to Bank, a collecting or returning bank, drawer, drawee, payee or endorser, will be asked to pay the original Check from which the Image(s) was created or a duplication (whether paper or electronic, including ACH entries) of the Item(s);

Member will not: (i) create duplicate Images of the Checks, (ii) transmit a duplicate Image or File to Nusenda, or (iii) deposit or otherwise negotiate the original of any Check of which an Image was created. Member further warrants that no subsequent transferee, including but not limited to Nusenda, a collecting or returning bank, drawer, drawee, payee or endorser, will be asked to pay the original Item from which the Image(s) was created or a duplication (whether paper or electronic, including ACH entries) of the Item(s);
No Duplicates. Neither the Seller nor any of its Affiliates shall directly or indirectly retain, use or transfer any copies, duplicates or derivative versions of any of the Company's databases or mailing lists (whether in postal or e-mail form) from and after the Closing Date without the Purchaser's prior express written consent; provided, however that the Seller may continue to use the Seller's own databases and mailing lists which contain some limited overlap of information with that contained in the Company's databases and mailing lists, so long as the Seller does not take any action inconsistent with the Purchaser's sole rights in the Company's databases and mailing lists.

No Duplicates. Subject to clause 27.1 (if applicable), the Representative will not issue Tax Invoices, or Adjustment Notes, in respect of the same Supply made under this agreement.

No subsequent transferees of the Item(s), including but not limited to Us, a collecting or returning bank, drawer, drawee, payee, or endorser, shall sustain a loss as the result of the fact that the Image was presented for payment or returned instead of the original Check; (vi)
No Duplicates. You will not create duplicate Images of the Original Check, transmit a duplicate Image, deposit or otherwise negotiate the Original Check of which an Image was created. You will not deposit or otherwise endorse to a third party the Original Check and no person will receive a transfer, presentment, or return of, or otherwise be charged for, the Original Check or a paper or electronic representation of the Original Check such that the person will be asked to make payment based on an item that has already been paid;
No Duplicates. You will not: (a) create duplicate Images of the Checks; (b) transmit a duplicate Image to Bank;

Each Image submitted to us complies with your agreement not to: (i) create duplicate Images of the Checks, (ii) transmit a duplicate Image to us, or (iii) deposit or otherwise negotiate the original of any Check of which an Image was created. You further warrant that no subsequent transferee, including but not limited to credit union, a collecting or returning financial institution, drawer, drawee, Payee, or endorser, will be asked to pay the original Check from which the Image was created or a duplication (whether paper or electronic, including ACH Entries) of such Check.
