No Disruption. Except to the extent necessary for Scheduled Maintenance, and subject to the provisions of Section 4.5, GuideSpark, its agents or employees or anyone acting on its behalf, will not disable or interfere, in whole or in part, with Company’s use of or access to the Software Service, Company Data or any software, hardware, Systems or data owned, utilized or held by Company without the written permission of a corporate officer of Company.
