Common use of No Disposition, Etc Clause in Contracts

No Disposition, Etc. Except as expressly set forth in Section 6 of this Agreement, Borrower agrees that it will not sell, assign, transfer, exchange, or otherwise dispose of, or grant any option with respect to, any Pledged Collateral, nor will Borrower create, incur or permit to exist any Lien on any of the Pledged Collateral, except for the Lien granted to Lender pursuant to this Agreement.
