No Disparaging Statements. During the Employee’s employment with the Bank and for 12 months after the Employee ceases to be employed with the Bank, except as may be required by law, (a) the Employee will not make any statements or comments of a disparaging nature to third parties regarding the Bank or its officers, directors, personnel or products and (b) the Bank will not make any statements or comments of a disparaging nature to third parties regarding the Employee.
