No Disparaging Statements. During the Employee’s employment with the Employer and for 12 months after the Employee ceases to be an employee of the Employer, the Employee will not make any statements or comments of a disparaging nature to third parties regarding any member of the Employer Group or its officers, directors, personnel or products.
