No Discrimination. In connection with this Contract and the performance of the Work, including, but not limited to, in regard to their employment practices and retention of apprentices, Contractor and Contractor’s subcontractor(s) of every tier shall comply with, and shall not discriminate or provide preferential treatment in violation of, any and all applicable federal, State and other anti-discrimination laws, rules, regulations and requirements, as amended from time to time, including, but not limited to, Government Code Sections 12900, et seq.; Government Code Sections 11135, et seq.; Labor Code Sections 1101, et seq.; Labor Code Section 1735; Civil Code Sections 51, et seq.; the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C.
