No Demands. Except as disclosed on Schedule C, Seller has received no notice of any claimed defaults, offsets or cancellations from any lessors with respect to the Leases, and Seller has no knowledge of the existence of any default existing with respect to any of the Leases or any express or implied term of any Lease.
No Demands. Seller has received no notice of any claimed defaults, offsets or cancellations relating to the Assets, and Seller has no Knowledge of the existence of any default existing with respect to any of the Assets or Related Agreements

There may not be any demand, of any nature (including, but not limited to), labor, tax, civil, criminal, environmental, competition, criminal, administrative, regulatory or any other nature that seeks to prohibit, impede or limit AMAGGI’s performance of its obligations under this COMMITMENT or for which are under investigation any violations, by AMAGGI, of LAWS related to (x) the “Social and Environmental Aspects” of the activities related to this COMMITMENT, as provided in Clause 12.13 ; or (y) the anti-corruption legislation, as provided in Clause 8; and

There shall not exist any claim of any nature (including, but not limited to) labor, tax, civil, criminal, environmental, competition, criminal, administrative, regulatory or other proceeding (i) that seeks to prohibit, impede or limit the operations of PDB under this COMMITMENT (ii) by which any violations by PDB of LAWS related to (x) the “Socio-Environmental Aspects of the Project”, as set forth in Clause 12.13; or (y) the anti-corruption legislation, as set forth in Clause 8, are under investigation; and
