Common use of No Debarment Clause in Contracts

No Debarment. Neither Recipient nor its principals is presently debarred, suspended, or voluntarily excluded from this federally-assisted transaction, or proposed for debarment, declared ineligible or voluntarily excluded from participating in this Agreement by any state or federal agency. Recipient agrees to notify State immediately if it is debarred, suspended or otherwise excluded from this federally-assisted transaction for any reason or if circumstances change that may affect this status, including without limitation upon any relevant indictments or convictions of crimes. The warranties set in this section are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other warranties set forth in this Agreement or implied by law.

Recipient Subrecipient agrees to notify State TriMet immediately if it is debarred, suspended or otherwise excluded from this federally-federally- assisted transaction for any reason or if circumstances change that may affect this status, including without limitation upon any relevant indictments or convictions of crimes.
