No Contractual Relationship. Nothing contained in this Contract creates a contractual relationship between the Owner and any person or entity other than the CM/GC. However, the Owner and CM/GC agree that the Owner is an intended and express third-party beneficiary of all contracts for construction services and all subcontracts, purchase orders, and other agreements between the CM/GC and third parties in connection with the Project or the Work.
