Common use of NO CONTRACTING OUT Clause in Contracts

NO CONTRACTING OUT. 11.01 The Employer shall not contract out any work normally performed by Employees in the bargaining unit which shall directly cause a layoff of any bargaining unit Employee other than a Casual part-time Employee.

NO CONTRACTING OUT. 11.01 8.01 The Employer shall not contract out any work normally usually performed by Employees in members of the bargaining unit which shall directly cause if, as a result of such contracting out, a layoff of any bargaining unit Employee employees other than a Casual casual part-time Employeeemployees results from such contracting out. Contracting out to an Employer who is organized and who will employ the employees of the bargaining unit who would otherwise be laid off with similar terms and conditions of employment is not a breach of this provision.
