No Commingling. Borrower will not commingle its funds and other assets with those of any Affiliate, Guarantor, any of Borrower’s members, managers, partners or shareholders or any other Person.
No Commingling. In the event that any cash or cash proceeds other than Collections of Receivables are deposited or credited to any Lock-Box Account, the Seller shall, or shall cause, such cash or cash proceeds to be identified and withdrawn from the Lock-Box Account within three Business Days of such deposit or credit.

The Loan Parties will not commingle any Items of Payment with any of their other funds or property, but will segregate them from their other assets and will hold them in trust and for the account and as the property of the Agent until remitted as provided hereinabove, and the Loan Parties will not establish any other deposit account, lockbox, lockbox account or blocked account for the purpose of collecting any such Items of Payment or divert or direct at any time any such Items of Payment to any other deposit account.
No Commingling. Securities held by Custodian in accounts with Securities Depositories hereunder shall not be commingled with securities or other assets held by such Security Depository for the beneficial account and interest of Custodian.

The funds, reserves and accounts of each Program shall not be commingled and shall be accounted for separately; provided, however, that administration and overhead expenses of the Authority not related to a specific Program or Programs may be fairly and equitably allocated among Programs as determined by the Board of Directors. Investments and cash accounts may be combined for administrative convenience, but a separate accounting shall be made for balances of individual funds and Program revenues and expenses.

Except (i) to the extent permitted in accordance with Section 6 or (ii) in the event that a Change in Law occurs whereby any Governmental Authority has the right to purchase Products in the Tanks and/or to create or hold Liens in any such Products in the Tanks, or otherwise becomes entitled to exercise rights or powers substantially equivalent to the foregoing, DCR shall not store any Products owned by DCR or any of its Affiliates or a third party in any Tank without Aron’s prior written consent. Xxxx agrees that DCR may commingle Products only in the circumstances and subject to the terms and conditions described and referenced in this Section 9.3.
No Commingling. Subject to the exceptions set forth in Section 8(H), Toledo shall be the sole and exclusive provider of water to the Service Area, and no other water supplies shall be commingled with Toledo Water without the express written consent of Toledo.

Xxxx agrees that PRC may commingle Products only in the circumstances and subject to the terms and conditions described and referenced in this Section 9.3. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Xxxx acknowledges and agrees that PRC may store Excluded Third-Party Inventory in the Tanks.
No Commingling. The assets of this account may not be commingled with other property except in a common trust fund or common investment fund.
