No Collection Obligations. Bank shall be under no obligation or duty to take action to effect collection of, or be liable for, any amounts payable in respect of Securities or Approved Investments if such Securities or Approved Investments are in default, or if payment is refused after due demand and presentation.
No Collection Obligations. BTC shall be under no obligation or duty to take action to effect collection from the issuer of any amounts payable in respect of Securities or Approved Investments if the issuer of such Securities or Approved Investments is in default, or if payment is refused after due demand and presentation.
No Collection Obligations. Securities Intermediary shall be under no obligation to take action to collect any amount payable on Collateral in default, or if payment is refused after due demand and presentment.
No Collection Obligations. BGI shall be under no obligation or duty to take action to effect collection from the issuer of any amounts payable in respect of Securities or Approved Investments if the issuer of such Securities or Approved Investments is in default, or if payment is refused after due demand and presentation.
No Collection Obligations. The Custodian shall be under no obligation to take action to collect any amount payable on Collateral in default, or if payment is refused after due demand and presentment.
No Collection Obligations. Securities Intermediary and Pledge Collateral Agent shall be under no obligation to take action to collect any amount payable on Indemnification Collateral in default, or if payment is refused after due demand and presentment.
No Collection Obligations. The Financial Institution shall be under no obligation to take action to collect any amount payable on securities in default, or if payment is refused after due demand and presentment.
No Collection Obligations.
