Common use of No Claims Clause in Contracts

No Claims. (a) Project Co acknowledges and confirms that: (i) it has conducted its own analysis and review of the Background Information and has, before the execution and delivery of this Project Agreement, satisfied itself as to the accuracy, completeness and fitness for purpose of any such Background Information upon which it places reliance; and (ii) except as expressly provided in Sections 7.4, 18.2 and 18.3, it shall not be entitled to and shall not, and shall ensure that no Project Co Party shall, make any claim against Contracting Authority, any Contracting Authority Party or any Government Entity (whether in contract, tort or otherwise), including, without limitation, any claim in damages, for extensions of time or for additional payments under this Project Agreement on the grounds: (A) of any misunderstanding or misapprehension in respect of the Background Information; or (B) that the Background Information was incorrect or insufficient, nor shall Project Co be relieved from any of its obligations under this Project Agreement on any such ground.

No Claims. No Claims. No Claims. No Claims.
