No Charge for Reperformance. At no additional cost or expense to DIR and the DIR Customers, Service Provider shall reperform (including, subject to Section 13.5, any required backup or restoration of data from scheduled backups or, if not available on such backups, restoration by other means with DIR's reasonable cooperation) any Services that result in incorrect outputs or that are not correctly performed due to an error or breach of this Agreement by Service Provider, and the resources required for such performance shall not be counted in calculating the Charges payable or resources utilized by DIR and the DIR Customers hereunder and Service Provider shall be solely responsible for any additional Pass-Through Expenses and other costs and expenses incurred by DIR and the DIR Customers in connection with such performance.
No Charge for Reperformance. At no additional expense to Kraft, Supplier shall reperform (including any required backup or restoration of data from scheduled backups or, if not available on such backups, restoration by other means with Kraft’s reasonable cooperation) any Services that result in incorrect outputs due to an error or breach by Supplier, and the resources required for such performance shall not be counted in calculating the Charges payable or resources utilized by Kraft hereunder.

At no additional expense to ABM, Supplier shall reperform (including, subject to Section 13.2(c), any required backup or restoration of data) any Services that result in incorrect outputs to the extent due to an error or breach by Supplier, and the resources required for such performance shall not be counted in calculating the Charges payable or resources utilized by ABM hereunder.
No Charge for Reperformance. As part of the Services and at no additional expense to Sears, CSC shall promptly correct and reperform (including any backups or restoration of data) any Services or deliverables that result in incorrect outputs or contain errors or inaccuracies due to an error or breach by CSC or any CSC Personnel, and the resources required for such correction and reperformance shall not be counted in calculating the Charges payable or resources utilized by the Eligible Recipients under this Agreement.

At no additional expense to Allegheny, Service Provider shall reperform (including any required backup or restoration of data from scheduled backups or, if not available on such backups, restoration by other means with Allegheny’s reasonable cooperation) any Services that result in incorrect outputs due to an error or breach by Service Provider, and the resources required for such reperformance shall not be counted in calculating the Charges payable or resources utilized by Allegheny hereunder.

At no additional expense to Oncor, Vendor shall reperform (including any required backup or restoration of data from scheduled backups or, if not available on such backups, restoration by other means with Oncor's reasonable cooperation) any Services that result in incorrect outputs due to an error or breach of this Agreement by Vendor, and the resources required for such performance shall not be counted in calculating the Charges payable or resources utilized by Oncor. Any reperformance required by an error or breach of this Agreement by Oncor, and the resources required for such performance, will be at the sole cost and expense of Oncor.

At no charge to Triad, Supplier shall reperform (including any required backup or restoration of data from scheduled backups or, if not available on such backups, restoration by other means with Triad’s and the Eligible Recipients’ reasonable cooperation) any Services that result in incorrect outputs due to an error or breach by Supplier, and the resources required for such performance shall not be counted in calculating the Charges payable or resources utilized by Triad hereunder.

At no additional expense to TXU, Vendor shall reperform (including any required backup or restoration of data from scheduled backups or, if not available on such backups, restoration by other means with TXU's reasonable cooperation) any Services that result in incorrect outputs due to an error or breach of this Agreement by Vendor, and the resources required for such performance shall not be counted in calculating the Charges payable or resources utilized by TXU. Any reperformance required by an error or breach of this Agreement by TXU, and the resources required for such performance, will be at the sole cost and expense of TXU.

At no additional expense to Idearc, Provider shall reperform (including any required backup or restoration of data) any Services that result in incorrect outputs due to an error or breach by Provider, and the resources required for such performance will not be counted in calculating the Charges payable or resources utilized by Idearc hereunder.
