No Changes That Impact Guarantee. To the extent the ESCO reasonably determines that any change in the Work requested or directed by the Customer will materially and adversely impact the ESCO's ability to meet or sustain achievement of the performance guarantees set forth in Schedule B, the ESCO has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to decline such change in the Work.
