Common use of No Benefits Clause in Contracts

No Benefits. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall not be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.

No Benefits. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall (or Consultant’s employees, if Consultant is an entity) will not be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant (or Consultant’s employees, if Consultant is an entity) otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.

No Benefits. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall will not be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.

Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall (or Consultant’s employees, if Consultant is an entity) will not be eligible for any Company employee benefits benefits, other than for stock options under the Company’s 2009 Stock Incentive Plan and, to the extent Consultant (or Consultant’s employees, if Consultant is an entity) otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.

No Benefits. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall not be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.

Except as specifically provided herein, Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall will not be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefitsbenefits of the Company.

Consultant acknowledges and agrees that other than that included in Section 2, Consultant and its Assistants shall (or Consultant’s employees, if Consultant is an entity) will not be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant (or Consultant’s employees, if Consultant is an entity) otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.

No Benefits. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its none of Consultant, Consultant's employees, if any, or Assistants shall not will be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant Consultant, Consultant's employees, if any, and any Assistant otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for (despite the express terms of this Agreement), Consultant (on behalf of itself Consultant, Consultant's employees, if any, and its employeeseach Assistant) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefitsany applicable benefits programs.

No Benefits. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall not will not, by virtue of this consultancy, be eligible for any Company employee benefits andbenefits, to the extent Consultant otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreementexcept as provided under Sections 2, Consultant (on behalf of itself 6 and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits10.

Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall not be eligible for any Company employee benefits benefits, such as paid vacation, workers’ compensation, group health insurance, life or disability insurance, paid leave, pension, or unemployment insurance and, to the extent Consultant otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.

No Benefits. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall not be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.

No Benefits. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall not be eligible for any Company employee benefits andand will not be covered by the Company’s workers’ compensation policy (if any). In addition, to the extent Consultant otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but and for the express terms avoidance of this Agreementdoubt, Consultant (on behalf of itself expressly waives and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such any and all Company employee benefits.

No Benefits. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall will not be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Consulting Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.

No Benefits. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall will not be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant or Consultant’s assistants otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.

No Benefits. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall will not be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits, except as may be provided to Xxxxxxxxx while acting as a member of the Board for the Company.

No Benefits. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall not be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employeesAssistants) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.

No Benefits. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that the Consultant and its Assistants shall will not be eligible for any of the Company employee benefits as a result of or in connection with the performance of the Services or the execution and performance of the Agreement and, to the extent Consultant consultant otherwise would be eligible for any of the Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this the Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.

No Benefits. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its the Assistants shall will not be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant or any Assistants otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself himself and its employeesany Assistants) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.

Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall Assistant(s) will not be eligible for any Company employee benefits benefits, including, without limitation, social security, unemployment, medical or pension payments made available to employees of the Company, and, to the extent Consultant or its Assistant(s) otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.

No Benefits. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall will not be eligible for any Company employee benefits during the term of this Agreement and, to the extent Consultant otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.

Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall not be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employeesAssistants) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.

No Benefits. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall (nor Consultant’s employees) will not be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant (or Consultant’s employees) otherwise would be eligible for any Company SITO employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself himself and its his employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company SITO employee benefits.

No Benefits. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall employees will not be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant or its employees otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.

No Benefits. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants Independent Contractors shall not be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.

No Benefits. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that that, save for any employee share options which would be eligible to the employees/consultants of the Company, Consultant and its Assistants shall will not be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.

No Benefits. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall not be eligible for any Company Bank employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant otherwise would be eligible for any Company Bank employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company Bank employee benefits.

No Benefits. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant Consultant’s managers, members, agents and its Assistants shall employees will not be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant Consultant’s managers, members, agents or employees otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.

No Benefits. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant [and its Assistants Assistants] shall not be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.
