No Beneficiaries. Nothing in this Agreement expressed or implied is intended or shall be construed to give any rights to any person or entity other than the parties hereto and their successors and permitted assigns.
No Beneficiaries. This Lease shall not confer or be deemed to confer upon any person or entity other than the parties hereto, any right or interest, including without limitation, any third party status or any right to enforce any provision of this Lease.

Any agreement between the Parties is for the sole benefit of the Parties thereto and, except as otherwise contemplated therein, nothing therein expressed or implied shall give or be construed to give any person, other than the Parties thereto, any legal or equitable rights thereunder.

No Beneficiaries. No third parties are intended to benefit by the covenants, agreements, representations, warranties or any other terms or conditions of this Contract.

Except to the extent expressly provided otherwise in this Section 6, the indemnification provided for by this Section 6 shall not inure to the benefit of any third party or parties and shall not relieve any insurer who would otherwise be obligated to pay any claim of the responsibility with respect thereto or, solely by virtue of the indemnification provisions hereof, provide any subrogation rights with respect thereto and each party agrees to waive such rights against the other to the fullest extent permitted.

No Beneficiaries. If no remainder beneficiary named in this Joinder Agreement survives the Beneficiary or can be identified with reasonable efforts within a reasonable period of time following the death of the Beneficiary, then all of the funds remaining in the Beneficiary’s Individual Trust Account will pass as a charitable donation to the BIAWA. Funds donated to the BIAWA will be placed in the BIAWA general operating account.
No Beneficiaries. This Agreement is intended for the benefit of the Parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns and, except for the indemnified Persons referred to in Section 18, is not for the benefit of, nor may any provision in this Agreement be enforced by, any other Person. With respect to any indemnified Person who is not a party to this Agreement, the Buyer shall obtain and hold the rights and benefits of Section 18 in trust for and on behalf of such indemnified Person.
