No Assignment or Subcontracting. Neither party may assign any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement, directly or indirectly, without first obtaining the prior written consent of the other party.
No Assignment or Subcontracting. CONSULTANT shall not assign or subcontract in whole or in part any of the services to be furnished under this Agreement, nor shall CONSULTANT assign any payment due or to become due hereunder from COMPANY without the prior written consent of the COMPANY.

If we consent to any subcontracting by you, you will remain responsible for all the acts and omissions of your subcontractors as if they were your own.

The Contractor will not assign or subcontract (other than to persons listed in PART C (or a schedule referred to therein)), either directly or indirectly (including, without limitation, by way of any transfer of control of the shares or ownership interests in the Contractor), this Contract or any right or obligation of the Contractor under this Contract, without the prior written consent of the City, which consent may be arbitrarily withheld. No assignment or subcontract, whether consented to or not, relieves the Contractor from any obligations under this Contract. The Contractor must ensure that any assignee or subcontractor fully complies with this Contract in performing the Supply and nothing in this Contract creates any contractual relationship between a subcontractor and the City.
No Assignment or Subcontracting. 9.1 The Applicant Organisation or the Applicant Organisation’s Affiliates shall not, without the prior written consent of the Accountability Agent, assign, transfer, sub-contract, delegate or deal in any other manner with this Agreement or any of its rights and obligations hereunder or any document referred to in it.
No Assignment or Subcontracting. 16.1 Except with the prior written consent of SRH, the Contractor may not assign the whole or any part of the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement or assign or sub-contract the whole or any part of the tasks associated with the provision of the Goods/Services.
