No Amounts Owing. An amount equal to the Amount Financed of the Contract net of any premium or discount, was paid directly to the Seller of the Financed Vehicle on a timely basis. No amounts are owing to a broker in respect of the transfer of such Contract, by Seller to Pinnacle or otherwise.
