No Alteration of Existing Equipment or Infrastructure Sample Clauses
The "No Alteration of Existing Equipment or Infrastructure" clause prohibits parties from making changes, modifications, or additions to any pre-existing equipment or infrastructure at the premises without prior approval. In practice, this means that tenants or users must maintain the current state of all installed systems, such as electrical wiring, plumbing, or structural elements, and cannot upgrade or remove components without explicit consent from the property owner or manager. This clause serves to protect the integrity and value of the property, ensuring that unauthorized alterations do not compromise safety, functionality, or future use.
