Common use of No Agreements Clause in Contracts

No Agreements. Except as set forth in the Partnership Agreements, the Organizational Documents, the Disclosure Schedule or the Prospectus, no Property is subject to any outstanding agreement of sale or ground lease, option to purchase or other right of any third party to acquire any interest (other than under the leases with tenants at each Property entered into in the ordinary course of business) therein.

No Agreements. Except as set forth in the Partnership Organizational Documents or the Disclosure Schedule, and except for the Assumed Agreements, the Organizational Documents, the Disclosure Schedule or the Prospectus, no Participating Property is subject to any outstanding agreement of sale or ground lease, option to purchase or other right of any third party to acquire any interest (other than under the leases with tenants at each Property entered into in the ordinary course of business) therein.
