No Advisory Relationship. You acknowledge and agree that the purchase and sale of the LROs pursuant to this Agreement is an arms’-length transaction between you and the Company. In connection with the purchase and sale of the LROs, the Company is not acting as your agent or fiduciary. The Company assumes no advisory or fiduciary responsibility in your favor in connection with the LROs or the Loan Payments corresponding to the LROs. The Company has not provided you with any legal, accounting, regulatory or tax advice with respect to the LROs. You have consulted your own legal, accounting, regulatory, and tax advisors to the extent you have deemed appropriate.
