No Advisory Relationship. You acknowledge and agree that the purchase and sale of the Investor Shares pursuant to this Agreement is an arms-length transaction between you and the Company. In connection with the purchase and sale of the Investor Shares, the Company is not acting as your agent or fiduciary.
