NO ADVANCE PAYMENT. No advance payments shall be made for any products or services furnished by Contractor pursuant to this Master Contract.

Contractor shall submit invoices to the JUDICIAL COUNCIL OF CALIFORNIA in arrears no more frequently than monthly. Contractor’s invoices must include information and supporting documentation acceptable to the JUDICIAL COUNCIL OF CALIFORNIA. Contractor shall adhere to reasonable billing guidelines issued by the JUDICIAL COUNCIL OF CALIFORNIA from time to time.
