Common use of No Additional Warranties Clause in Contracts

No Additional Warranties. No third party, including any employee, partner, distributor (including any Reseller) or agent of PTC or any of its resellers or sales agents, is authorized to give any representations, warranties or covenants greater or different than those contained in this Agreement with respect to any Licensed Products or Services, except as specifically set forth in a written agreement signed on behalf of Customer by an authorized officer and on behalf of PTC by its legal counsel or Corporate Controller.
