No Additional Rights. Unless otherwise required by law or the Declaration, the Holders of RVMTP Shares shall not have any relative rights or preferences or other special rights with respect to such RVMTP Shares other than those specifically set forth in this Statement; provided, however, that nothing in this Statement shall be deemed to preclude or limit the right of the Fund (to the extent permitted by applicable law) to contractually agree with any Holder or Designated Owner of RVMTP Shares of any Series with regard to any special rights of such Holder or Designated Owner with respect to its investment in the Fund.
