Grantor covenants not to execute any deed of trust, security agreement, assignment of leases and rents or other agreement granting a lien (except the liens granted to Beneficiary and Trustee by the Loan Documents) or, except as set forth in Paragraph 2 above, take or fail to take any other action which would result in a lien against the interest of Grantor in the Property without the prior written consent of Beneficiary.
