No Access for Third Parties. Licensee shall not cause or permit the display, loan, publication, transfer of possession (whether by sale, exchange, gift, operation of law, or otherwise), sublicensing, or other dissemination of the Licensed Software or Software Documentation, in whole or in part, to any third party without the prior written approval of Licensor.
