NLT’S OBLIGATIONS. 2.1 Upon request made by the RL in accordance with the terms and conditions specified herein, NLT shall provide the CO-to-NBAP Connection by deploying optical fibre from NLT’s designated Central Office to a NBAP TP indicated by the RL in its request, provided always that the request by the RL is made for purposes of Mobile Network Deployment by connecting to a Base Transmission Station that belongs to the RL.
NLT’S OBLIGATIONS. 3.1 Save as expressly amended and supplemented by this Agreement, NLT shall provide Requesting Licensee with the Non-Residential End-User Connections upon and subject to the terms and conditions of Schedule 2 of the Approved ICO.

NLT’S OBLIGATIONS. 2.1 Upon request made by the RL in accordance with the terms and conditions specified herein, NLT shall provide NBAP Connections in support of the RL’s performance of its obligations under Tender Contracts, provided that all Retail Service Providers to whom the RL provides services using the NBAP Connections utilize such services in such manner and for the benefit of such parties as specified in the Tender Contracts.
NLT’S OBLIGATIONS. 2.1 Upon a request made by the RL in accordance with the terms and conditions specified herein (“Request”), NLT shall provision a Non-Residential End-User Connection to any location that qualifies as an Exempted Location.
