Nightwork Clause Samples

The Nightwork clause defines the rules and conditions under which work may be performed during nighttime hours, typically outside of standard daytime shifts. It often specifies the permissible hours for nightwork, any additional compensation or allowances required for employees working these shifts, and may outline necessary safety measures or notification requirements. This clause ensures that both employers and employees understand their rights and obligations regarding work performed at night, addressing issues such as fair pay and worker safety during less conventional hours.
