Night Shift Rate. Effective April 5, 2020, all work performed between the hours of 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM shall receive an additional night shift premium of fifty ($0.50) cents per hour in addition to their regular rate.

Night Shift Rate. All employees whose regular shift falls between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. shall be considered night workers and they shall receive twenty-five (25¢) cents per hour in addition to their regular rate for all hours worked on the shift by them.
Night Shift Rate. 5 Day Work Week. The night shift shall be the regular rate times 1.215 for up to eight (8) hours worked. Overtime will start after eight (8) hours worked in a day and shall be one and one-half (1 1/2) times the night shift rate.

  • Night Shift Employees who regularly work a full shift of eight (8) hours or more on night shift as defined in Section 12.6.1 (Types of Shifts), which includes four (4) hours or more between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m., shall be paid their regular salary plus ten percent (10%) of their monthly salary per month, provided that in the case of any employee who is regularly assigned to night-shift work for less than an entire work week, the additional payment shall be made only for the portion of the work week worked on the night-shift assignment.

  • Night Shift Differential 1. An employee who works an assigned night shift shall, in addition to his or her regular salary, be paid a night shift differential for each hour actually worked on the assigned night shift.

  • Night Shift Premium Any employee who is required to work on any day when the majority of their working hours fall between 10.00 p.m. and 5.00 a.m., or who starts their shift prior to 5.00 a.m., shall be paid a premium, in addition to their regular, hourly rate, of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour for all hours worked on the shift. Shift premium pay shall not be added to an employee’s hourly rate for the purpose of computing overtime. This clause shall not result in duplication of premiums.

  • Mileage Rate The mileage rate for authorized travel – based on State of Florida rates on the Effective Date of this Agreement – is $0.445 per mile.

  • Wage Rate The hourly rates for full-time junior and adult apprentices as set out in this agreement shall apply to school based apprentices except that the school based apprentice for pay purposes will be paid a further 25% of hours to the actual hours worked for off the job training.

  • Mileage Rates The mileage rate shall be the maximum allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. If the IRS rate should change during the term of the contract, the contract rate shall change also on the date specified by the IRS.

  • Night Differential Employees whose weekly work schedules consist of regularly scheduled night tours shall receive a night differential of ten percent (10%) of their Adjusted Rate. Employees who work fewer than five (5) night tours in a calendar week shall be paid a differential equal to one-fifth (1/5) of the night differential for each scheduled tour so worked.

  • Night Premium For all time worked by employees, after 7 p.m. and before 7 a.m., by employees hired on or before August 5, 2005, a premium of twenty-five cents (25¢) per hour shall be paid.
