Night Duty Allowance. (a) An additional 25% of the Doctor’s ordinary base hourly rate of pay must be paid for:
Night Duty Allowance. The Employer agrees to pay a night duty allowance of fifty dollars ($50.00) monthly to employees required to work between 19:00hrs and 07:00hrs.
Night Duty Allowance. (1) Night duty allowance shall be payable to eligible staff who is required to work between the hours of 8pm and 6am of the following day. Job grades of eligible staff are listed in the staff handbook.
Night Duty Allowance. (a) On and from 1 October 2000, employees will be paid an allowance as follows:
Night Duty Allowance. Where an employee's whole duty is worked between the hours of 9.00 pm and 8.00 am a payment of $10.00 per night duty shall be paid. This rate will apply from 1st September 2022.

Night Duty Allowance. Where an employee’s whole ordinary duty falls within the hours of 9.00pm on one day and 8.00am the following day night duty allowance specified in Appendix 1 shall be paid.
Night Duty Allowance. Where a nurse’s whole duty is worked between the hours of 10.30pm and 7.00am, a payment of $5.00 per hour shall be paid. The payment shall increase to $7.50 effective from 1 March 2020. This night duty allowance is not available to weekend staff where those staff are receiving the overtime rate.
Night Duty Allowance. (c) Overtime and Non-working Day.
Night Duty Allowance. An employee whose normal hours of duty fall between 2000 hours to 0700 hours shall be paid an additional allowance of T0.25 per hour, unless overtime applies. This does not apply for hours worked between midnight Friday and midnight Sunday when workers are paid under clause 4.1.b.
