Night Activities - Elementary. Elementary teachers (K-5) will not be required to attend more than three (3) night activities per year exclusive of scheduled parent-teacher conferences. If additional night activities are required by building principals, the negotiated hourly rate shall be paid for the time at school. Employees may request compensatory time (comp time) in lieu of monetary compensation, but must have administrative approval.

  • Time Off for Union Activities A. Conventions and Conferences Union-designated employees may be allowed time off without pay to attend union-sponsored conventions or conferences. Approval for the time off must be granted in advance of the absence and in accordance with the Employer’s leave policies. Approval will not be granted if the absence interferes with the Employer’s ability to provide coverage during the requested time off or the operating needs of the agency cannot be met.

The Contractor acknowledges its responsibility to assure the Judicial Council’s quiet enjoyment of the Program and to provide the full service level of the Property for the Program, free from outside distractions, disturbances, and/or interruptions.
