next regularly scheduled meeting means the next regularly scheduled meeting for which required notice can be timely given regarding the item(s) to be addressed, as specified in the appropriate Board, committee, or working procedures.

  • ordinary meeting means a meeting held by determination of the Board (SER r.115(1)).
